I'm very sorry I can't give zero stars because the system doesn't allow it. I have worked in a pharmacy for many years and I know very well what it means to be "close" to the patient who basically goes to the pharmacy out of necessity. I find it absurd, due to professional deformation, not to help customers/patients in difficulty. After multiple phone calls I am put on hold for 15 minutes. Of course the wait was over as I chose to hang up and try again in vain. It is useless to propose promotional and/or days dedicated to beauty (obviously only for your own gain) if you are not able to be a valid support for those asking for help.

I bought rinofluimicil spray on Saturday evening, I realized that the nozzle wasn't working, I came back on Tuesday morning, he found out to me that the liquid didn't come out when I pressed the cap, but he refused to change it, making me wait another twenty minutes. I was a customer, now I'm not. Definitely not recommended
