I don't go there anymore even if nothing will change for them, but maybe it will for you. Then they want to sell you only their brand of products, which aren't that great especially the face line, but the other brands are only the most expensive ones so you buy theirs. I strongly advise against it

Bad experience, in the morning the elderly pharmacist started arguing with me because I asked her to check if she had the insulin I desperately needed available, and she refused to do so. In the afternoon I went to collect the type of insulin ordered, and he gave me one of the 2 packs already open. When I asked her to replace it with an intact one, she categorically refused, saying that if I didn't trust it, I could throw it away and have my doctor write another prescription. I felt treated very badly, in front of my husband and all the other customers. Although I informed the pharmacist that I had registered it, she arrogantly replied that I could do whatever I wanted. Even if I have to travel 10 km to go to another pharmacy, I will never go back there again. I believe that the pharmacist, having seen that the package was not intact, should have informed me that she could not give me a box of pens to give insulin injections in those conditions, especially in these times of pandemic. I had my first meeting in the pharmacy when I was three years old for an insect bite and I was immediately welcomed with affection. As I became an adult, asking and requesting antidepressant drugs, I received the same welcome. A team of people always ready to welcome me and listen to me, smiling and helping me heal step by step. From the veteran pharmacists to the younger guys - who I admire and love like brothers - it's nice to feel like a family. Efficiency also for molecular swabs.

I've already gone a couple of times to get swabbed because they have an effective booking system. The last time, when a swab could not be found in Bologna unless there were long queues, they were the ones who called us to let us know that they had had a cancellation and two places had become available. The management of the "positive" case was also perfect: an appointment was immediately made for an end-of-quarantine swab (when the ASL provision only spoke of molecular and not antigenic while now it is clear that the antigenic swab is valid to close the quarantine) while other places would have reacted by abandoning the customer, sending him back to the doctor or to the health service tout court.
