I made a CLEAR booking request for a particular hospital, the first made the wrong booking (my fault for not immediately checking someone else's work) and the second (days later) asked me to go to the local health authority to resolve the problem... Now I have to pay the penalty for moving the reservation.

Twice I went for a quick Covid swab and both times I didn't receive the message on my phone from the ministry to then proceed to download the green pass. The first time I didn't go back to the pharmacy because it was too late and it was already closed, the second time, mindful of the previous experience, I waited in vain outside the pharmacy for over half an hour without receiving any message on my phone, so I went back to the pharmacy where When I asked for explanations, I was told that the code to download the green pass was present in the negative paper report (all the codes present in the report had been tested by me during the wait) given to me previously by them or alternatively they suggested me to go to the local health authority to ask for explanations. Needless to say, I went to another pharmacy where after the swab I received the message and I downloaded the green pass. Very bad experience

Given that I have various animals with various more or less serious symptoms ranging from epilepsy to rare syndromes of the immune system and which therefore require daily and quite expensive care, given that in the last couple of years I have spent hundreds if not thousands of euros at this pharmacy, today I was denied the possibility of returning two packets of antibiotics, obviously perfectly intact 48 hours after purchase, for the enormous amount of just 15 euros (they were not drugs from the fridge or subject to perishability). Leaving aside the lack of empathy of the clerk who served me, I would advise you to review your company policies a little. I'll leave a note for the clerk in case he feels a little disorientated by this review: €15
