I have been frequenting this pharmacy for several years and I have always had a good experience: the pharmacists are all very kind and always available for advice. It has recently been modernized and you can almost always find what you are looking for, if it isn't there you can book and it arrives very quickly (same day). The only flaw is the parking is not very large but you can park at the Muggiò swimming pools and you can get there in 5 minutes on foot.
I have always used them and they have always been kind, today a sales assistant made a lot of fuss about a vitamin supplement drug just because I called it base 5000 and instead it is 50,000 and the very rude sales assistant kept saying that there is no such thing as I need the recipe, I have to know what I'm buying and blah blah blah....note 6 months ago I bought it there from them and zero problems. Kudos to the lost customer staff. 30 seconds later another pharmacy bought zero very kind stories.
Pharmacy on the way home. It's not always possible to park in front. The pharmacists are admirably kind and professional. Well done.
The pharmacy is very respectable but the employees are unbearable! Presumptuous, pedantic and rude, impossible to have a peaceful conversation, they seem to have come out of a Kafkaesque comedy... too bad! Because the pharmacy is well stocked not only with normal prescription drugs but also with excellent products with the Sovarzi label. But like in fairy tales there are witches by the lake...
Old review, 5 stars: Very kind, polite and professional. Convenient to order both by phone and via WhatsApp if a product is ever missing, although the pharmacy is well stocked. Keep going like this: kindness and preparation are very important and customers like me notice it and come back :-) ===================================== New review, upgraded to one star due to the attitude of one of the pharmacists (how long ago, when I wrote the first review, either she wasn't there yet, or I had never had the opportunity to deal with her ): I bought a Sars-Cov swab 2 days ago. I was told by one of the pharmacists (the one above, the least kind) that these swabs are accurate and give reliable results if used properly, i.e. following the instructions very carefully. I go home, open the package and see that the instructions are in English (not a problem for me) and written in very small font, illegible so much so that I had to use a magnifying glass. I obviously thought of the elderly, or those who have difficulty reading and don't have a magnifying glass at home, and those who don't know English. How do they follow the instructions and get an accurate result? Maybe. Today I went back to the pharmacy to buy another tampon and I reported the problem to the pharmacist (unfortunately the unfriendly one again...). He replied very casually that "With all the swabs that are done, people now know how to do them". False. As far as I'm concerned, for example, the one I bought in recent days was the first ever homemade one since the start of the pandemic. I then told her that, on the contrary, someone could do it for the first time, and that especially elderly people without being able to read the instructions could find it difficult. I offered to translate the instructions for free and bring a sheet of paper to the pharmacy to photocopy and provide to anyone who buys the swabs, so as to have everything clear and in Italian. With an obnoxious attitude (obviously neither "thanks for the thought" nor anything) he tells me that it's useless, that people have bought a lot of tampons and no one has ever complained. Well, if so, bad! It means that a percentage of people certainly DID NOT follow the instructions properly (you need to follow precise times, DO NOT shake the vial, mix by going in circles, etc.) and perhaps had invalid results, or negative ones even though they were positive or otherwise. Ok, obviously for the pharmacist the important thing is to sell swabs, then who cares if someone can't read how to make them, but the worst thing is that maybe some positives have gone around peacefully because they followed the instructions badly and it was unsuccessful. That's why I now give only one star to the pharmacy. I'm sorry for the other girls, who are kind and helpful, but this person is out of place among the staff and drastically lowers the rating. ===================================== UPDATE: Recently the pharmacist described above has become kind and even smiling. The 5 stars are back 😊
