Very rude staff, especially if you are foreigner
Polite, arrogant... it almost seems like they are bothered. Every time, even for the mildest drug they ask for a prescription. If you have the prescription, there is always something wrong, because they are better than the doctors who prescribe them. Not to mention the veterinary prescriptions, which always never go well. All obviously ONLY in this pharmacy. Entering here is just a big waste of time!
One star and too much!!! Arrogant and inexperienced staff in welcoming the customer. perhaps the lack of experience with the public...If you just try to say something against you they will insult you by telling you to go to other pharmacies which has happened...before giving you something they read the whole report every time and without a blank prescription they won't give you not even O.K. or tacchipirina. A thousand times better than the Canzo pharmacy!!!
Rather than have to deal with the very rude staff of this pharmacy again, I will travel 15 km to find less unsympathetic pharmacists in Erba or in the towns surrounding Asso.
Rudeness and arrogance reign supreme, unpleasant and ugly, it is highly inadvisable not to bring your money to these scoundrels.
