Terrible customer management, arrogance and rudeness. Stay away! I approached with kindness and courtesy when asking my questions (if I could do a swab given that the Covid drives were closed on the day of my call), I only received angry replies "of course you don't have to pay, I told you before that you do can do!" (as if being able to do it implies gratuitousness), and wrong (in the end it turns out that it couldn't be done for free). I was called someone who couldn't read ("can't you read?"), and instead of receiving words of apology and trying to remedy what had happened, I was insulted by words shouted in the public square. Shame!
