Good evening, I have always been a customer of this pharmacy, this evening I had the unfortunate chance of being served by Dr. Silvia, she was, to say the least, rude in her manner and very arrogant in her approach! I don't understand how they manage to remain in the public eye given the lack of kindness in dealing with customers! Absolutely negative experience!

Very bad. I called to make sure there was a medicine with a prescription and to make sure they accepted prescription photos on WhatsApp (two from the local health authority doctor and a red one from a hospital doctor) they told me yes, of course we accept them. To be safe, I'll also print a copy. Instead, they didn't give it to the person who went to buy the drug, saying that it needed the original. I stop here. Any superfluous comments. Terrible pharmacists, not recommended

I was not given priority to pay for milk for a newborn who was with me. The cashier at the first counter was rude and disrespectful and invited me to stand in the entire queue. So if you are a new mother or pregnant woman it is better to avoid and go to pharmacies that give priority to paying. Instead, I advise the pharmacy to choose its employees better.

Now I understand why so many bad reviews. Attention to the "poor" customer, especially those who have legitimate priority requests. Today my wife had come in to ask for some formula milk for our newborn daughter (with whom I was present there) and - despite having requested it politely - they did not allow her to pay with priority, but put her "in the queue" ( inviting her to take the number) to a lady who was purchasing cosmetic products! And now they are even retracting the story saying that they had shown her a cash register where she could have paid! Never true! I was there with her and there were obviously no "free" checkouts (but there was a long queue). The fact that you are a pharmacy does not justify you in treating customers like "money". At this point I prefer to change the pharmacy to get supplies from!
