TO BE AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE. This morning I'm going to buy an important drug, it's not there...already there...okay...they tell me it'll arrive at 4pm...okay...prepayment (never seen it, okay) I'll be back at 4pm ...he's not there, they arrogantly tell me to come back at 5pm...do you think he was there at 5pm??? NO! Now they wanted me to come back the next day. Embarrassing to have to show this third world corner of Italy.
Friendly, helpful and reliable but above all professional staff. I called from Naples because in Campania there was no medicine that was vital for me and while I was going on holiday in their area I asked them if they could get it for me. They immediately made themselves available and let me find it without making me pay anything as it is a drug that passes through the State, while in San Salvo they asked me for €260.....absurd.....thanks again from the bottom of my heart for everything the staff and applause for your professionalism

Too arrogant, they believe in us too zero kindness but absolutely zero towards ugly and fat customers I want to be superior to others, they don't know that we are just passing through the Earth.....Zero
Competent staff and good level of service. A sore point is the limited offer of "generic" over-the-counter drugs. Often when you ask for the generic drug you are given the "top of the range" drug! I hope it was just a personal case. Anyway, watch out!
