Initially very kind and helpful, then suddenly the management software for the orders received online resets. After this disaster, I contacted them, they asked me to send them a copy of the order, and they tell me that the item I bought and paid for is no longer available. They promised me a refund of around €31, but they never refunded me, even after numerous reminder emails from me. I was only able to get my money back thanks to PayPall. Conclusion, they don't seem like serious people to me, I will never buy from them again.
Terrible, they sell antibiotics without a prescription in front of me, then for a muscoril they send me to the doctor because without it... and in the meantime I'm stuck and unable to go to work.... VERY GOOD
Very kind staff and very attentive to customer needs. It stands out from other pharmacies for the availability of products and the hospitality. Advise.
They put some products at a really special price, but when you order them they say there is an error in the online catalogue, while continuing to keep the wrong price in the catalog itself.
