Good morning, I AM VERY DISSATISFIED!! I called several times with no response, I was supposed to receive the medicine by Thursday or Friday last week. And still nothing after 1 week, IT'S A SHAME!! I received emails saying that you came by yesterday at 1.50pm but it's not true because I was at home waiting until 6pm. And no one rang the bell. I am truly DISAPPOINTED with your disorganization (as it concerns drugs) In conclusion: I had to buy the medicines again elsewhere, because they were urgent (within 2 days, as you wrote and stated on your site) I await your refund with penalty. Disappointed...we just bought two DIY swabs which we knew cost around 5 euros...and instead we paid 10 EUROS each!!!you can find the same swab on the internet for 4 euros..If this one doesn't it's speculation... Obviously, in addition to never coming back, we don't recommend this pharmacy to anyone!
