Many local pharmacies / chemist have somebody who speaks good or so so English. Make sure you describe your injury or illness so it's not miss diagnosed. The pharmacy can give you antibiotics over the counter without doctors letter. But as I said be very precise on your illnesses.
I feel very comfortable, it is a well-stocked pharmacy, the Doctor goes out of her way to procure the required medicines or, if necessary, order them. Absolutely worth your visit!! CdM
