Went there to book my covid 19 booster dose. There were staffs who spoke good English and helped me book a slot the very next day.

If I could have given zero stars I would have given them!!! Shameful!!! Especially the older pharmacist!!! She treated me like a beggar after having paid for the drugs and having one pending for 15 days today I went to collect it she wanted to make me pay for the drug again I told her that I had already paid for it she threw it away telling me that she didn't need the drugs my pennies....a shame!!!!

The staff are a real disaster! They always act clever and continually try to foist generic drugs on you without warning or other than prescription drugs.

Grumpy, irritable and uncooperative. They are the only ones in Roiano but if I can I go elsewhere and since there is a parapharmacy if it doesn't have a prescription I go there. EDIT. Comment on the pharmacy's response: I have no intention and time to delve into the topic in depth, I think it is enough to understand my perception of your business. Read the other numerous reviews like mine and you will understand that my review is not alone, that the discontent is shared. Instead of asking your customers to give you details, trust the feedback and do internal reflection.
