I respond to Mr. Omar Gatta, who from Brescia must have seen me once and judges me publicly without knowing me. I remember that and similar episodes well: in the heat of July-August, with people waiting in line, my professional performance was interrupted by yet another advertising phone call. So, AT THE END OF IT AND NOT DURING IT, since I'm a human being, I let off steam. I thank Mr Omar Gatta who, with three and a half lines written superficially and lightly, tramples on and I hope does not nullify fifteen and a half years of courtesy, patience, availability and professionalism. I also recommend not calling for advertising purposes, since being registered in the Opposition Register is of little use. And the question ends here.

Well looked after environment, it's a shame that while I was in line Dr Allegretti literally sent a person who called to the pharmacy to fuck off... I recommend not calling, you risk the same treatment!!!! For a profession in contact with people (for health reasons) courtesy must be the watchword!

Lorenzo is always available, he is a very kind and nice person, as well as being an excellent pharmacist.
