This pharmacy does not deserve any stars for how the customer is treated. When entering here, forget about the greeting, the smile, the patience and the kindness. Shouting at the customer without plausible reasons is not humanly contemplated. A piece of advice for those who do this type of work (I hope those directly involved read): know that those who enter into this type of activity suffer for one reason or another, and delicacy and kindness is therefore necessary. If the TV program "nightmare pharmacies" existed it would be one of the first choices in my opinion. Never again 😉

Giving one star is too much, the doctor is incredibly rude, she shouts like an exhausted person instead of doing her job, she doesn't know how to give information on drugs, she doesn't know her job, she doesn't know the drugs, the dosages, NOTHING. If this is Italy I leave the country. Doctors with degrees given away, how disheartening. Shut up doctor and leave room for those who really want to work. Greetings from a NO LONGER customer from Matera.

I made a call for information, and he hung up on me. This is education.

Pure rudeness, I called to check the availability of a product and was answered rudely by a lady who hung up on me.

I had been warned several times about the lack of professionalism, rudeness and rudeness of the employees of this "pharmacy", I had read the appalling reviews but I still wanted to... dare? I think that's the right term. I leave aside the failure to say good evening at the entrance, I leave aside the interminable wait associated with the customer's carelessness, but I cannot compromise on the actual verbal aggression on the part of the usual old man behind the counter just for having taken a product while waiting for take it to the cash register to pay. Now, anything is fine, but if I wanted to spend a lot of money to be insulted I would have gone to "The dirty word". Needless to say, I won't recommend it.
