Incompetent, rude and don't know how to treat people, especially the sick. Being close to home and having closed the other pharmacy, I've come across it several times but every time I witness rudeness from every clerk, it should be closed. It's a shame there aren't any controls... Now I'm tired and taking a few steps there's me and others you'll have to negotiate people.

I can't give it zero stars. Pharmacy on duty I asked for dental floss and the clerk frustrated by the night shift, annoyed by my request which could not exactly be described as urgent, wanted to make me pay €12.50....... Justifying the surplus as a night service with sad jokes in Italian battered guy....."does he want to pay for it?!" No, rude. I don't want to "pay for free". But neither is getting scammed because of your frustration. Incidentally...it was 11pm....Not even the middle of the night.... Profiteers. I can't give it zero stars, too bad.

I would give zero stars for how one of the doctors treated my diabetic daughter. She asked if they provided him with insulin needles and he wanted to give her the box and charge her €38 after which it was exempt. He refused to give a needle, it's shameful after all, it's a life saver. Anyway, I'll report it to the relevant local health authority.
