Really impolite and without will of being helpful
Pharmacy in the center of Vipiteno. ZTL area so you have to park in the area and arrive on foot. It seems very stocked with a lot of things. The display stands are full of products. There are many checkouts and the turnout in the summer period is always high. The service they have on the computer to check whether the drug you request is present in other pharmacies if this one does not have one is interesting.
I will never for the life of me understand why you order a “nasal spray” and get thermal water stuff with no medicinal ingredients for €15. I have salt water in the kitchen! (And still a stuffy nose)

I just asked for my medication that I had forgotten here on vacation. Of course I know that it requires a prescription. Of course I didn't have a recipe to hand while I was on vacation... I was then treated very unfriendly by a young colleague. This is a shocking experience here in South Tyrol. Usually everyone here is very friendly. Very unfortunate.
