They make fake swabs.. they get 15 euros, they put the splint just at the beginning of your nose to tell you that you are negative and pocket the money then you do it somewhere else because you don't trust them and you discover that you are positive.. they suck
Rudeness and threats. My girlfriend, who was seriously ill, was made to pay for a swab without notifying her of the two-hour queue. Upon my polite request for a refund, I was told she was lying, that she had been told "there might be a queue". I then insisted and was told that only a voucher could be given, which was useless for me. When a gentleman behind said that he would take the voucher (thus resolving the issue), the kind sales assistant asked me "the name of my mother or girlfriend, so that he would do more swabs for her in the future". If this is a pharmacist.
Tonight, after 7.30pm, I contacted this pharmacy by phone saying that I need to take a swab tomorrow. The girl who answered me kindly explained the procedure for booking the swab but also told me that reservations are unfortunately sold out for tomorrow. However, he told me that I can still go to the pharmacy tomorrow, around 9/9.30 or around 4/4.30 pm and, with a little patience for the wait, I will be swabbed. What can I say... this time too my expectations were not betrayed: the staff are a real point of reference for me, always available, kind, welcoming, even in the peak moments of work they never neglect the customer. Well done!
We order medicines that they don't have and they don't arrive on time, the excuses are always the same: "the colleague made a mistake - it wasn't put in order". They talk calmly to each other while serving customers. Maybe only one pharmacist is saved, the others are all rude.
Threatened by the blonde lady at the checkout with unique rudeness.. He charges without notifying the queue of 40 people, he made me wait 20 minutes before giving me an audience because he was arranging the polase and there was no one in front of me.. There are many competent people who want to work.. These people better stay at home Zero manners
