I am from London and I would like to say thank you to the young lady who was working here on 15/05/2019. I did not catch her name. I do not speak any Italian and she translated and labelled all of my grandfathers medicine prescribed to him from the local hospital. She also spent a lot of time on the phone to the hospital to find out which tablets he had already taken when in hospital overnight. I was stressed and I am very grateful to you for sorting everything out. Thank you
