Doctor Antonella has a very proud and pedantic air. Extremely unempathetic and professional. Acting as a superior, he called us back because we mispronounced the name of a drug and gave us directions in a pedantic manner as if it were the first time we had entered a pharmacy. If I had been a pharmacist I certainly wouldn't have come to you. Evidently this place works for the strategic position on the seafront and not for the professionalism of the staff. This place is not worthy of being in Romagna.
I was there twice out of necessity but the staff always showed themselves to be annoyed and rude
We were on holiday and needed to go to the pharmacy. The staff was courteous. Pharmacy a little small but well organised. The only flaw is that the times do not coincide with the information on the internet.
SMALL HANGING SIGN WITH THE WRITING THAT CLOSES AT 8.00 PM!!! Arrived (in a rush) at 8.45pm after reading that it closed at 9.30pm. PLEASE UPDATE THE TIMES to avoid empty trips for people
With English and a little Italian we got everything we needed, sometimes a lot cheaper than in Germany
