Definitely rude owner, in tone and manner, I was passing through and it certainly won't happen a second time, with all the pharmacies in Moncalieri where kindness reigns supreme! I am very sorry for the employees, towards whom I naturally cannot extend my judgment!

For years I have been going to this pharmacy for my needs and the treatment given to me is excellent, but the excellence in terms of advice, friendliness and courtesy is reserved for the young pharmacist Gabriele (if I remember his name correctly) who does not hesitate to support me for any need, and to whom I congratulate for his professionalism and knowledge in the medical field.

Let's say that the two stars are for the pharmacists (employees) who work there and who are all very kind and helpful. It's a shame for the owner's son, who I've known for 34 years now, always very unavailable, grumpy and very unhumble. He dispenses advice with the air of a know-it-all. So if you are in line I advise you not to go to him, but to wait. And then another thing that annoys me... I think we have income from the sale of various supplements and/or protectors because every time someone asks for directions they always try to sell you more products and this always happens... it seems like be at a foot locker, who wants to buy a pair of shoes and risks walking out with insoles, socks and polishing spray! :)

100% professional. Always available to advise you, to dialogue and to give you professional advice. The new internal arrangement is also much more comfortable. They also offer a very useful range of services (exams, bookings, etc.). They have a wide range and what they don't have they can get you in no time
