I have done rapid antigen test at 3 different pharmacies during my stay in Milan, of course with passport as i am foreign citizen. This was only one where they charge you 25€ with passport, others were 15€. If you are in same situation as me, i suggest you doing it elsewhere.

Excellent pharmacy and very kind staff if you need they will explain everything to you.
Bad experience: the instructions for collecting the number are somewhat vague if not absent and in a place where the customer may become apprehensive, however, they should be more evident and precise, especially if once they reach the cash register after having respected the queue and it's your turn to be scolded, rather than served, by the staff, leaving the customer at the mercy of the rude and bad faith intolerance of the people in the queue. Never again.
Trained, friendly staff and if you don't have a doctor's prescription, they suggest excellent products.
