Title: An excellent experience at the Awake Pharmacy I would like to share my extremely positive experience at this pharmacy. It is rare to find such a high level of professionalism and customer care in a pharmaceutical environment, but the Pharmacy exceeded all expectations. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by friendly, knowledgeable staff. The pharmacist was willing to listen to my concerns and answer all my questions clearly and thoroughly. It was clear that he had a deep knowledge of the products available and could advise me precisely on what I needed. What really made my visit extraordinary was the availability of options. The Pharmacy had a wide range of products, from over-the-counter medicines to skin care products and supplements. Furthermore, they offered some more natural alternatives, demonstrating sensitivity towards those who prefer more holistic solutions. Not only did I find everything I needed, but I also appreciated the organization and cleanliness of the store. Historic pharmacy of M.S.Pietrangeli, Manuela, the pharmacist and owner, is always super helpful, always careful to advise on any question (health, aesthetic and also veterinary), I have been using them for years and often find products that cannot be found elsewhere... same friendliness from the staff, Simonetta, Patrizia and the Doctor dedicated to swabs, always kind and professional!
