A medicine ordered and arrived altered was not replaced. When asked for replacement, the response was that it was enough to put it in the fridge and the gel capsule (which was almost completely liquefied) would return to its original state. Obviously no refunds. Zero professionalism.

Yesterday I entered this pharmacy, the two doctors were not wearing masks, they were not asking customers to enter with masks, on the contrary... Naturally I had a mask on, I waited for my turn at a distance of 1 meter from the person in front of me without a mask who was served by the doctor who was behind her plexiglass, who instead invited me to come closer. I ignore it, al third invitation to come closer I start asking the doctor who was wandering around the pharmacy among the customers talking as if nothing happened without distances and without a mask, why weren't they wearing masks? ...the answer is absolutely absurd :- "It's in my pocket, I was just looking for it"... 🤔, All this after having spoken and served a customer who also had her mask placed under her nose and when she spoke she lowered it😳 ." I continue asking why they don't make customers wear masks... And here is the even more absurd response from the doctor who justifies herself by saying..: -"As you can see, I'm behind the plexiglass! And then I know the gentleman, he is a regular customer." I was stunned at those answers and then I said: - "Doctor, forgive me, have you heard about the infections in Sicily in recent days? Until yesterday there were 30 cases. And then you know him, but I don't think it's an answer to give... Do you know me, do you know where I come from? I'm not from Pachino. These are certainly not answers that I expect after the deaths we have had, from a doctor in pharmacy. I greet you. And I left." Her response was ": we didn't have any anyway"...😠

I have been going to the Tafuri Pharmacy for years...always at the forefront of everything courtesy and kindness. Thank you for the courtesy shown to my husband!
