Order placed 11/09 and paid immediately, no updates to date; Impossible to contact them by phone and they don't respond to emails. the prices are competitive it's true but if the compromise is total disinterest for the customer I prefer to buy elsewhere!! We must remember that the true wealth of a company is its customers. For the moment my opinion can only be negative. They replied by email on Tuesday telling me that the package was being prepared and I would receive the code. shipping; as of today, Thursday 21/09, nothing has arrived, but how long does this preparation take?! they are unclear and make fun of customers. I requested a refund from them by email and also via PayPal (since I don't respond and they do so vaguely). if it had been possible I would have given it a 0 rating!! After my numerous emails, the package arrived today, nothing to say about the products and the excellent price. I remain of the idea but they should improve communication with the customer and shipping times.

Mine is only a first opinion which I will obviously complete later. Two days ago I placed the order paying with PayPal. I was expecting a confirmation from them....... but nothing. I then think that my order will be visible in the personal area, but I can no longer log in and even resetting the password doesn't work. I write a letter asking at least for confirmation of my order and some information on shipping but they don't reply,.. On the phone, however, there is the automatic voice that says that the operators are busy: it is impossible to communicate, they are ALWAYS busy! In short, I am worried and sorry about my order, as soon as 10 working days pass, if the goods do not arrive I will ask for a refund via PayPal Today (26/9) they responded to me via email and confirmed that the order was in order and that they will ship the goods within 7 working days. I therefore hope that everything goes well and I can completely change the previous opinion. 29/9. I completely changed my opinion because they were courteous and precise. I received a second email with an apology and today the package arrived with its precise contents. The delay was caused by the unavailability of one of the products ordered (the amount of which was immediately credited back to me). What can I say, given the competitive prices, I will use them again!

I placed the order on December 2nd and as of today, December 19th, I still haven't received anything despite the reminders. Update: I received the goods today December 29th. The goods arrive slowly, very slowly, but they arrive. Inside the package are two hand creams and a free shower gel. Maybe they are overworked. They are certainly poorly organised. Prices are the most competitive. What to say? I'm happy that what I ordered arrived even though I had to buy two Christmas presents again.

I also confirm that I waited about 25 days, during the Christmas period, to receive the products ordered and I received them after reminders etc. The first time I waited about ten days and it wasn't the Christmas period. I give 3 stars and no less because in my experience, despite the delays, the telephone lines which do not answer, it is clear that it is an exclusively organizational problem, but the goods then arrive. They also sent me gifts to apologize for the delay. They have very interesting prices but they must undoubtedly be able to organize themselves to ship within 3/4 days, as all their competitors who sell online do.

I placed my first order on December 3, 2017, including some products that I wanted to give as gifts for Christmas. On the site they wrote "shipping from 2 to 5 days from order date", so I was well ahead of schedule. Poor deluded girl! After two weeks I wrote to get news. I made useless reminders for days, telephone lines disconnected, unreachable at every contact attempt... A few days before Christmas they finally replied to an email apologizing for the delay and offering me a €5 discount on my next order. I receive my products on December 29th, so for Christmas I had to spend on more gifts. Thinking that the delay was caused by the particular holiday, I repeat the mistake of placing an order on January 7th. And after a month, nothing. I begged them to send me what I ordered, promising and swearing that once I received it I would NEVER EVER buy from them again. Maybe I hit the right chord, because my products arrived on February 18th: 1 cream was missing and I found a note saying that they would refund within a few days. When the refund arrives, which I'm sure I will have to wait for in the same timeframe as the products, I will immediately request the cancellation of the account. Never order from them again.
