Nice and large pharmacy with a very large offer, we found what we were looking for, helped by the nice lady.

Disorganization and rudeness. I went in for a bottle, I see a sales assistant who is putting the medicines away and I ask: Excuse me, do you have an X Y bottle? Answer without even looking up or even saying good morning: take a note! And where? there is no indication. Answer: Later! Yes, because you enter but the totem of queue-cutting tickets is almost where the counters are, without any indication, hidden by the displays, so if it's the first time you enter this pharmacy you won't even see it. Bottom line, I get the ticket for "other products", not for "drugs", hoping to save myself the queue of all those who have to take a "drug": but no! The computer system goes strictly in order of issue so I still have to wait more than ten or ten minutes before all the "drug" customers are served and then on my turn I am called to the "non-drug" counter where in the meantime there is no it was nobody!!! I finally arrive at the "non-drug" counter, I ask the question again and the answer is: no, look at bottles for that age (6 months) we don't have any. Bad experience, bad organization. First time and never again.

My experience on Saturday afternoon 09/23/2023 was terrible. I was very ill due to renal colic and to avoid being thrown into the emergency room because I didn't know what time I would be out, I contacted the general practitioner who was very helpful but since he was out he couldn't send me the prescription and he offered me to send someone to the pharmacy on duty and have them call back to make arrangements for sending the prescription. The phone call with the doctor with the person in charge of your box was very clear but hearing the doctor say: you have to give me the number of the electronic prescription without that... no medicine was the best. We are people not objects (cars, computers, etc.) but certainly in your pharmacy there is no humanity and little flexibility because you were not asking for something impossible. We weren't asking for anything for FREE, we would have been able to pay for the drug in full, leave you my document valid until Monday... instead the answer was NO, I think a solution can be found among civilized people... AM I WRONG?!? Luckily, in Sassari there are other pharmacies and people behind the counter who understand people's needs and requirements. in reference to your answer: Thank you for your very late response. But since you remember, perhaps you forgot that the request was also made by telephone by your doctor who agreed with you to deliver the medical prescription in person or send me via email. Now don't try to find excuses for your inappropriate and unjustified behavior.
