Disappointing pharmacy and inefficient staff. I went to get a bag of Humana 1 milk for my nephew as an emergency, since the local pharmacy provided it the next day. When I asked if they had the aforementioned milk, I was told that they had to check on the computer and that I would have to queue anyway, even to get information. After waiting for ten people before me, when my turn comes, they make me wait another 10 minutes at the counter to check if the milk is available only to finally be told that I must necessarily buy a pack of 10. Even though I had clarified that it had already been ordered from another pharmacy and that I needed a bag for an emergency, as my sister didn't receive her milk, I was told that I necessarily had to buy a whole pack. It's to think that this pharmacy was also recommended to me as the best and most efficient and instead it left a 21 day old baby without milk.
