Customer care is good
Grumpy and, at times, rude staff. Pharmacists not inclined to contact with the public and not at all empathetic: anomalous behavior if you consider that, professionally speaking, they would be the first to be called upon to instill safety and trust in the customer/patient. Today they even allowed themselves to adopt a sarcastic behavior towards me, in response to a very simple question. I will never return to this pharmacy again because I don't want to be laughed at in moments that are already, in themselves, quite unfortunate (the pharmacy, as we know, is not a place that is pleasant to frequent!)
I went to the pharmacy today 29 October 2019 and I was treated horribly badly by the pharmacist, the young one with the dark hair... she literally attacked me verbally because I couldn't get a cream that cost too much even though I had kindly asked her first how much it cost . I bought other things but she wasn't satisfied and allowed herself to get involved in what I usually buy.... well that's disgusting, very rude, shame on you or change jobs, that's better
Today I was in this pharmacy... well never again. The young pharmacist literally kicked me out because there were 6 minutes left and the young lady had to go home
grumpy and disrespectful lady. never seen anything like it.
