I went on Saturday morning to get swabbed. As soon as I arrived they made me fill out the form and told me to wait outside to be called. After half an hour, BEFORE I TAKED THE swab, the pharmacist comes out with my Green pass already in hand, negative with all my data. I hadn't taken the swab yet, but the Green pass was valid and negative. What a shame !!!!!!!!!!!!!! Incompetent people avoid this pharmacy

04/14/2020 Purchased oximeter and paid €70.00 (fortunately I didn't need to use it immediately). Upon first use, after about a month, I realized that I was sold a pediatric oximeter (without having been asked if I had bought it anyway) with a narrower and smaller finger socket and consequently not very suitable/practical for insert a finger of an adult or an elderly person with fingers deformed from old age. I turn to ask for a change but I am denied the replacement. With the period we are living in and the importance of the instrument, I consider this behavior unprofessional. For the pharmacy, what difference could replacing a pulse oximeter sold by omitting that it was pediatric make? So much bitterness!

During an epidemic, charging 4 euros for a disposable surgical mask is amoral. I underline that on the same day I found the same masks in nearby pharmacies at a cost of 2 euros. I found it truly sad to take advantage of these moments, in a city as affected and suffering as Bergamo.
