A well-stocked pharmacy. The environment is bright, clean and the pharmacists are kind and helpful. I find the prices high. But if you need something quickly that's fine. I also find it very useful for some information or why not advice. Collecting points with wonderful prizes is useful. I only have to give one star for the service. They got the wrong medicine for my son. Instead of giving me those, which were marked on the prescription, I received others. In fact, instead of a low-value antibiotic syrup (for a small child), they gave me tablets with double strength. My son was sick and vomited. He risked a drug overdose! Thanks to my intervention and the immediate call to the doctor we avoided the worst. And I tell you, it feels bad to be told that the pharmacy made a mistake. A young pharmacist I've never seen. This is a serious mistake that should never happen. To never again. I don't recommend.

I have been coming to this pharmacy for about 10 years even though there are 3 other pharmacies much closer to my home, one even in the town where I live, one in the neighboring town and the third I pass by to go to this pharmacy. I'm shocked to read some reviews that are far from what I find. Excellent service, I even order by phone or WhatsApp and they tell me when to collect. Competence, professionalism and availability. They also managed to find homeopathic medicines for me very quickly. Obviously I don't live in the pharmacy and it may be that a Doctor, sometimes, may have a day in which she is more nervous or stressed and may make a mistake. On the other hand, only those who don't work never make mistakes and, while I understand and don't blame those who were the victim of the error and gave only one star, overall I think I will serve another 10 years in this pharmacy.

Friendly, helpful and prepared staff

The owner is an unfair, acidic and rude person. He placed my products (some in glass) in a tiny bag useful for a tachipirina box. Accidentally dropping the contents, he rudely took the bag from my hand with the products (ALREADY PAID) and went to the back. She came back with her superior air to ask me if I wanted to buy another pack of product. In all of this, I didn't receive the receipt which was kept in good stead and even now I haven't even been told how broken the product actually was despite it now being MY PROPERTY, much less the price. Courtesy and compromises are not words they know.

Quickly stopped by to pick up some children's toothpaste, strawberry flavored toothpaste. Paid 5.19. Price on Amazon 3.80 - Other online pharmacies 3.20. Unfortunately I was in a rush and had to stop here.
