Farmacia Tessera

I used the rapid swab service at the Tessera pharmacy, at a cost of €15. It is preferable to make an appointment, but they also receive without. There are two queues and they take place outside: one is for those who need to buy medicines, the other for those who need to take swabs. The Doctor who carries out this exam is professional and competent, as well as extremely courteous, and I take this opportunity to thank her again!

A truly wonderful staff, everyone from top to bottom, competent, professional and above all kind!!! But a compliment in particular goes to the wonderful Manuela who managed the swab situation from October to today but above all the January swab emergency wonderfully... thank you all! Sabrina

NOT SATISFIED Yesterday my almost ninety-year-old grandmother went alone to this pharmacy to get a cream for a sunburn. Today I went to visit her and I realized that they sold her a 40 ml Lierac after-sun jar for €30. I thought it was appropriate to give her a pharmaceutical cream rather than a simple after-sun product, which was also very expensive given the small quantity contained inside the jar. I called the pharmacy and they responded kindly, willing to replace the cream if it was still closed, but unfortunately, obviously, a day later the cream had already been used by my grandmother. The pharmacist who was responsible for selling the cream informed me that she had asked my grandmother the appropriate questions and assessed an after-sun product as adequate instead of pharmaceutical creams which, given her age, could have interfered with any other pathologies and/or medicines. So on this point, having no expertise in the matter, I trust what was communicated to me. However, I think they could have given her a less expensive after sun cream. On this point the pharmacist informed me that, since my grandmother did not raise any objections to the price, she did not take this aspect into consideration. Being an elderly person, I would have preferred if they had offered her an alternative with a different price given that elderly people often trust and feel uncomfortable raising objections in front of doctors and pharmacists.

Counting the 2022 medical expenses for 730 I found 2 partial receipts without number and tax code (therefore not deductible) from the operator "Alice", so make sure that at the time of purchase they give you a valid receipt.

I discovered this pharmacy thanks to a friend and I was satisfied! A special mention to Dr. Manuela Turco for her professionalism and humanity demonstrated during a particularly difficult period for everyone, especially in the management of swabs. Highly recommended!
