I purchased some iron supplements today. Friendly and fast staff.
Rude and unfriendly staff. A queue of many people formed while the doctor chatted about her business for several minutes with a client. When we protested impatiently, she offered to serve us if we were in a hurry. Professionalism not achieved.
Quite professional pharmacy, it's a shame they refused to give me the prescription drugs directly from the San Raffaele hospital in Milan, as, according to them, the prescription sheet complete with codes and everything necessary was not enough. It would have been necessary to call 112 and make a report. Never had a problem like this in years of prescriptions. And so, like this, I get some ideas on why this pharmacy has so many one-star reviews.
BAD SERVICE. If nothing else, the pharmacy has walls and drugs and staff, which is why I give this review at least 3 stars. But many of them are rude, and I can only (alas) confirm. How can you not hand over drugs prescribed by your doctor just because they are not prescribed by (their) trusted doctor? How can you change drug prices even with billboards displayed? In short... a pharmacy that should be seized...
Rude, impolite Zero capacity... professionalism does not exist in this pharmacy... You will not find any doctors or pharmacists In the testi pharmacy you will only find two rude saleswomen
