Very modern pharmacy, beautifully furnished. Very tidy and always clean. Very collaborative and prepared staff. You are served quickly and you are always given the right amount of time for any clarifications or doubts. In other pharmacies and I won't name names it feels like being in the supermarket, zero human connection. I recommend the pharmacy for the kindness and preparation of the staff, for the quality and variety of the product display and for the price which is often very advantageous for parapharmacy products.

I've been going to the Thaler pharmacy for years, it's very functional, all the girls (doctors) are very kind, prepared and very helpful, then they have patience with the reader for the prizes, very good, they don't leave you there to keep trying, then the two doctors are good and put you at ease... and above all they know how to present themselves to every single client. There are pharmacies with qualified and helpful staff, and there is the Thaler pharmacy where if you dare to ask for the price difference between Cicaplast and Connettivina you can unleash the frustration of a counter clerk who is clearly unbalanced and with considerable limitations. If I go into a pharmacy, I wait for my turn and when it comes I ask for legitimate information, at the very least I expect to be answered with the same courtesy I used and I don't expect to be interrupted with an annoyed and rude response. Luckily, as I pointed out, there are many other pharmacies to turn to and where you can spend your money more willingly.

Always well-stocked pharmacy and clean and tidy environment. Very knowledgeable, friendly and helpful staff. I can't find such a service anywhere else.
