Very friendly and attentive staff, but too rigid. I urgently needed an anti-nausea drug that I already had but it had expired and without a prescription there was no way to get it (I would have brought it the following day... 🤷).

Italy is already full of bureaucracy. In this pharmacy it's the same. It may be pharmaceutical legislation, but it could have been achieved with little. Proving with documents and health records that I wasn't there begging for anything. I hope the pharmaceutical legislation is applied to everyone!

Owner absolutely arrogant, presumptuous and sarcastic ad nauseam. Lack of respect and empathy for the customer. A good pharmacist should be attentive to the customer's requests and not respond with phrases such as "that's why they are his problems" or "he obviously doesn't know these things" and absolutely avoid decidedly offensive forms of sarcasm. I absolutely do not recommend it.

One of the best pharmacies I've ever turned to. Really very kind staff, who know how to listen before giving advice in a very polite and effective way!! They should all be like this but it's not a given. Short!

Incompetent and arrogant owner. I went by to pick up a medicine that the doctor had prescribed for me and they got the wrong product. Furthermore, when I pointed it out to them they attacked me with words, calling me an idiot when in fact it was their mistake. I highly advise against it. There is another pharmacy in town where they are much more polite.
