I had a very bad experience. I don't know if the owners or employees refused to give me a veterinary drug during shift hours (it was 8.15pm on May 28th) when, in their words, the emergencies were only for drugs for human use. I was treated with rudeness and arrogance beyond all decency. In the end they didn't even have the antibiotic that the vet had prescribed me and after much insistence they gave me the equivalent antibiotic for human use. I think I will also make a report to the pharmacists federation. Really bad.

We are a family of tourists from Trentino, who every year spend their holidays in Sardinia in the Oristano area. Every time we needed a medicine we always went to this pharmacy because both the owner and the employees were always kind and helpful towards us.

Rudeness, arrogance and arrogance and what I found in this pharmacy when I presented them with the doctor's request for a life-saving drug for my elderly mother, after a brief search I was told that they did not have this drug, at this point another pharmacist intervenes, I assume it is the owner in a rude and arrogant way that "for this drug you must contact the local health authority or the Oristano hospital directly" to my demonstrations and explanations that I have never had this type of problem and for years I have always turned to the local pharmacy where I am located. Silenced and chased away, I went to the pharmacy in the nearest town where a courteous doctor proceeded without the slightest delay to order it from the depot, reassuring me that I would receive it the next day. With great courtesy and professionalism she would telephone me to confirm the arrival of the medicine. If the pharmacy is a public service, I really fear that Riola Sardo doesn't know what that means. I think I will also complain to the police.
