Farmacia Tomaselli Franco

It was our neighborhood pharmacy, with a lot of assortment and relationships based on trust. Now to find a drug you have to come back at least 2 times because they never have anything. But above all new characters who work there who have zero empathy with people. I'm only sorry for the two very good historic ladies who work there and who still try to do their best. Unfortunately, the pharmacy is now increasingly empty and heading into decline.

Following a medical examination I was prescribed antibiotics and cortisone. Yesterday afternoon I went to the Tomaselli pharmacy, I was given only one box of antibiotics because the second one (as often happens now) has to be ordered and will arrive the following day. Today I go to collect what I requested and another pharmacist informs me that the medicine has not arrived because it is missing from any supplier... I point out that I have already started the treatment and that they should have informed me yesterday so I could ask for one other, answer: "I don't know what to tell you, you didn't talk to me yesterday" The pharmacist informs me that if I want to solve the problem I have to get a new prescription from the doctor with a different dosage and go back to the pharmacy! Despite the fact that I am clearly ill and that going out is risky, I had to point out that a problem was being created for me, only to receive the same response: "I don't know what to tell you, you haven't spoken to me"!!!! Here are the comments that I prefer to avoid.

Pharmacy that has always looked after its customers with professionalism and courtesy, to date I highly recommend it, close-knit, courteous and competent staff, there is a new very professional Director, and all the doctors are very well trained, Thank you

I almost forgot to mention the pharmacist who, at 8.45pm, despite having shown on video 2 types of prescriptions prescribed live and urgently by my doctor, did not want to hear reason to give me the medicine. It was closing and I had to take my pregnant wife to the emergency room. Impassive, unshakable. BELOW ZERO

Since it became the pharmacy it has expired a lot, the customers are numbers. I had a very bad experience today. My wife went to the pharmacy to get some drugs and the pharmacist, instead of asking if she wanted generics, took the non-generic ones directly and made her pay. I asked my wife to come back and change them with the ones I usually take to avoid problems with the excipients. We were told that it is not possible to return the money. This is not a correct operation, my wife had to spend that money today because the pharmacist couldn't even give her a voucher... but where have we ended up? If the pharmacy in question wanted me to be available, they could contact me, but this behavior is not acceptable... the register hadn't even been closed! and it all happened in less than half an hour! too bad, I knew the Tomaselli pharmacy (scrupulously in capital letters) but now it has become the pharmacy (scrupulously in lowercase letters)... there must be a reason and it's definitely not the customers :-)
