A note for staff: A person who comes to take a swab is always, for the most part, obliged (in addition to being able to experience the experience as highly intrusive), therefore empathy and caution in the way one behaves are not optional. Being told to wear a mask when I'm outdoors and distanced from other people has no scientific basis. Furthermore, given that we pay 15 euros for the service when, at the pharmacy, the swab will cost no more than three or four euros, being told that you can't print the green pass while ranting ministerial circulars recommending the digital version is serious. The subject can freely decide whether he wants a digital version or not. If he wants the press you can't not do it. (this is the conversation I heard from the person before me who was asking to have his version in print). Obviously, with these premises, a person would never let such an operator stick swabs up their nose. And so it was. Very bad image.

Personally, I've already felt bad twice. Apart from the excessively high prices, I went there for an antibiotic (mea culpa I didn't know the prescription was needed), from an antibiotic I was given supplements worth 20 euros per box. I went again with the prescription and ladies and gentlemen I spent more than 15 euros less for an antibiotic equal to the supplements you described as a product with the same functions. In my house there is a reason why they are called antibiotics rather than supplements.
