Very kind and professional service
Pure rudeness. ZERO respect. They make you call from time to time because they have people to serve. And they hang up without apologizing by the way. And every time the same wording: "we're busy, call back in 10 minutes and we'll answer." And every time the script repeats itself. You deserve the liberalization of the market which for the newcomer just needs to be nice and it will shut you down.
Professionalism, courtesy, availability... in every doctor I found, both on the phone and in person...
I booked a swab for a VERY important dinner at 1.10pm. I come from fountains to make me feel that they don't do it at that time. It took me 40 minutes plus the return trip and I had to finish work late. What ignorant people…
Well-stocked pharmacy and friendly, quick-serving staff despite the queue. I also thank nurse Katia for her service, kindness and friendliness.
