Farmacia Tor San Lorenzo

This morning my husband went to ask if he could have some medicine for me with a doctor's report. The pharmacist saw fit to stamp and photocopy my report and give my husband a photocopy. I went to complain because I needed the original report... to make a long story short I had to return the medicines to get the original back... I went to the doctor's office to get the prescription, and the doctors confirmed to me that the pharmacy cannot absolutely withhold such a document... what happened is unacceptable!

Closing time not respected: I found myself having to ask to reopen the shutter a quarter of an hour before the posted closing time (7.30pm). Other people after me were sent away, even with a certain attitude, unjustifiably.

I'll just say one thing besides being incredibly slow. You can go ahead and chat with the customer, what are you doing, where are you going, did you shop where are you going for Christmas or New Year's Eve with the queue behind going out the door.

Customer for many years for the collection of gluten-free products. Since the computer system took over with good credit on the health card I have already totaled 3 empty trips... this evening the staff was unable to access the system. Which is very annoying for those who travel 15km one way and 15km back to go to them. Let us also know that too many products have expiry dates that are almost at the limits..

Very positive feedback for this pharmacy where I was able to find a variety of foods for celiacs for my 2 children that I had never seen before...a very wide choice of various brands that more than satisfied me...all managed by 2 very kind and very helpful sales assistants. prepared (Antonella and Mirella) who were able to solve all my problems and satisfy all my requests... I highly recommend her!!! Very qualified staff.... congratulations!!!!
