A pharmacy to avoid! I had the misfortune of needing a drug. The elderly individual, I don't even call him a pharmacist, was extremely rude and rude. I live abroad and have lived in several foreign countries where the relationship with the customer, in this case, people who have health problems, has always been one of understanding and empathy. Here, however, ignorance and rudeness are the most striking characteristics. I hope they shut you down, you don't do the national health system a good service, you are the worst example of Florence.
Personally, my only opinion, which is terrible, is directed towards the rude and truly unprofessional worker who you will find inside the pharmacy, if it were up to me I wouldn't even let you sell the plasters. If you can avoid it especially if you have a bad day they could end up ruining it.
One star because it is not possible to give less. I thought it was an isolated case, but the terrible experience was repeated several times, the complete lack of respect for those who (obviously for health reasons) turn to them. Rude, rude, arrogant, and not at all professional. Medicines cost more!!!! Verified. I recommend more qualified pharmacies (a few steps away from them) in Borgo Ognissanti.
