Farmacia Trombetta Snc

I am writing this review with regret because I have known the Trombetta Pharmacy on Viale Leonardo da Vinci for decades, but I feel cheated and exploited for their excessive profit on customers. I went to ask for a better dandruff shampoo than the supermarket brand I was using (price range around €2.50) and I was thinking of a pharmacy product also around €20/30. The lady at the counter asked me if I preferred a shampoo or a trichological examination which I could have done in their own pharmacy. I opted for this second choice thinking that a medical examination would have been more appropriate. I then went on February 16, 2024 and I don't think the lady who checked my scalp is a doctor or dermatologist since she writes in her profile that she is a "dermoconsultant". He sold me an abundant series of products all from the same manufacturer for the sum of €171.10. I returned after 10 days for a check-up and he added other products and I spent €107.55. In the photos you see the products that made me buy. I checked the suggested doses on the boxes and they are half or a quarter of those that this phantom pharmacy consultant prescribed to me, so clearly in the interest of multiplying their earnings. It goes without saying that in this way they lost a customer and I suggest everyone stay away from this pharmacy that puts profit before taking care of us customers.

Well-stocked pharmacy in Sao Paulo, doctors always available and kind! If the requested product is not available at that moment in the pharmacy there is the possibility of ordering it to have it immediately the same day! It happened to me a couple of times! My wife often buys body care creams. Truly a good pharmacy!!

Friendly and very competent staff. Availability to listen and above all a wide choice of products. The pharmacy offers many services, from Covid swabs to those for strep. Every time I go I am always very satisfied.
