Not very professional.....he doesn't answer, I'll add here... ..I don't have time to waste listening to your call, that's why I left. It wasn't 5 seconds, you answered while I was inside. If you want, I'll also tell you what you said. Instead of replying in kind, shame on you. Time to talk to friends. find it when you get off not at work. while there are customers who urgently need drugs. you say you don't have time but I see you are still on your cell phone replying to the review.👍

I have read some of the previous comments and I am not sure if they refer to Doctor Gloria Turacchi's pharmacy. Activities that my ailments have forced me to attend for some time and with a certain frequency. I have always found competence and efficiency there, exactly as expected from a modern pharmacy. What surprised me - however - was the availability, empathetic understanding and generosity, far superior to what these unhappy times have accustomed us to. Five stars, indeed!

One of the worst people I've met in my life is definitely the owner of this pharmacy, such a hottie - she doesn't deserve capital letters or professional titles. Rude and disinterested pharmacy staff, pharmacy often closed during the night shift when it should be open, and owner who insults and wishes death and internment on unvaccinated people. I got the vaccine because I was forced by the laws in force or I would have lost my job, but I respect everyone else's choices. I had the opportunity to hear, just while I was inside the pharmacy, Turacchi speaking out against those who don't get vaccinated in the most treacherous and disgusting way. I left... these people represent the worst of Italy!

BAD! Staff without education or good manners, starting with Gloria Turacchi who doesn't even deserve the nickname "Dr.ssa". Furthermore, when I am a pharmacy on duty, the night service is almost never available: VERY SERIOUS!!!

For the umpteenth time BAD EXPERIENCE! In fact, from the negative reviews I noticed that I'm not the only one who had a bad experience! The only solution is to simply never set foot in it again! Pharmacy not recommended!
