So thankful for this Farmacia. We needed a Covid test for our flight home to the States. We have searched throughout the area of Lucca, Pisa and Florence and all so rude and not helpful. This location was an accidental find and they greeted us with a smile and reassured us. We were able to get an appointment for later in the same day. We returned at appointment time filled out the form paid the fee and 15 minutes later we had our Green pass. Sorry I did not take a picture of the sign with the hours and phone number. Hopefully the number on this page works.

Very friendly and customer orientated staff! Service is completely satisfing. Were here to get a covid test,very fast and friendly testing also.

When we approach medical-healthcare environments such as a pharmacy, we often bring within ourselves situations that are not exactly pleasant and I believe that the approach of a professional is of fundamental importance for the customer. I can't find words to describe the kindness, empathy, friendliness and preparation that I found this morning in Dr. Ranzani, as well as in the two pharmacists. When your work is done with passion, this is perceived and I am grateful!

LUNATICAL SHOPPERS. SEVERAL TIMES THEY HAVE GIVEN ME EXPIRY PRODUCTS WITHOUT INFORMING ME. I let it go, but I was wrong. The only nice and knowledgeable people are the shop assistants/pharmacists. Son and mother, owners of the pharmacy are absurd people. They try to cash in. They offer commercial products, explaining them in an embarrassingly insistent manner, and if you don't buy they also say "FACE IT". Never again dear "gentlemen". With this latest mockery of a product that expires in ten days you won't get my money anymore. And I'll spread the word... beggars.
