Friendly staff, got helped quickly even though I don't speak Italian.
Very professional staff
AF identified the problem that was causing my groin pain. in just a few sessions I saw a clear improvement in my motor functions. Emiliano, in addition to being very serious and competent, is professionally very prepared.
I have come to this pharmacy several times, but I didn't feel good. Hurried and not very attentive. Furthermore, I had once asked if it was possible to exchange a non-pharmaceutical cream, still sealed with the warranty label intact and with a receipt, but nothing could be done. Very often they don't have generic drugs, so you are forced to buy the branded ones which cost more.
I shop at the V Alpini pharmacy for their extreme friendliness (on the part of all the staff), and their total availability. They welcome even the last customer of the day with a smile and these days that is not to be underestimated. Very punctual with drug orders, and there are excellent discounts on cosmetics.
