I have just been to this pharmacy and after 15 minutes of queuing I left because when it was my turn and since there was no one behind me anymore, the elderly lady behind the counter preferred to serve 2 people who had just come in to collect some pre-ordered medicines without even telling me to wait a moment, perhaps they saw me as too young and therefore I could have waited longer or perhaps because I am a foreigner. The fact is that I haven't seen education here at all, plus slow and racist people.

It's the "pharmacy". The doctors are very kind and ready to give advice should the customer request it. If a medicine is missing within half a day, it is made available immediately.

Wide availability of products. Courteous staff available to fulfill requests made. If a product was not available (for personal reasons, my family members need medicines that are not really commonly used), the staff always took care of ordering them and having them delivered very quickly.

Clean shop and there are no bad smells of disinfectants or cleaning detergents. The staff is very kind and patient in carrying out their work. I highly recommend.
