Farmacia Vanni

I am very disappointed with this pharmacy. I have been a customer for 20 years and I have never had any problems until the day my wife ordered the second box of "Credelio 2.0-8 kg" that the vet had prescribed via prescription. I would like to point out that the package consists of 3 48mg tablets and costs €26.50. The purchase was made around mid-May then between the end of May we opened the package to administer the drug to the kitten and inside we see a single tablet sealed in its aluminum shell. We were shocked because something like this had never happened to us. When I went to the pharmacy to report the fact I was told that more than a week had passed since the purchase so nothing could be done and that they always check the packages as if we had said false things to to which the owner had the employees tell her that nothing could be done and that we had to check the box we had just picked up. Each of you can make your own considerations, the fact is that as long-time customers we felt unsupported and also liars, designed for 2 "Credelio" tablets. I won't add anything else..... In 50 years I have never found a package of medicines tampered with and I don't know about you if every package you buy goes straight away to see if all the pills are there, then as in this case they need to be administered 1 time a month..... THE STRICT POSITION THAT THE OWNER HAS TAKEN TOWARDS HER CUSTOMER IS ABSURD AND I THINK THAT IN URBINO GIVEN THE CHOICE OF PHARMACIES I WILL OPTION FOR ONE MORE AVAILABLE AND COLLABORATIVE FOR HER CUSTOMER.

I have been a customer of the Vanni pharmacy for many years since they were in the historic center of Urbino, they are very helpful, friendly and above all they understand the problems and excellently recommend parapharmaceuticals and supplements, the girls are wonderfully kind to customers and helpful. Equipped with a small car park in front, it is almost always open, reasonably stocked, when it was needed I was well advised, almost everyone was courteous and helpful, I think that's enough in a pharmacy.

Negative, the only pharmacy that makes a fuss and even questions the prescriptions, as if I went to the pharmacy for fun and not for need, I will share this sad experience!!!
