I went into this pharmacy with a friend. The professionalism of the staff is evident, no one batted an eyelid in the face of our hysterical attack over the beauty of the dog. Go see that dog.
The pharmacy is often very busy and there are always many people queuing. The staff is overworked and certainly understaffed, more help would be needed. You can immediately perceive this as soon as you arrive at the counter, hasty and in not a few cases very rude service. I wanted to swab my son, I called three times to ask if it was done, they couldn't answer me. I personally go to the pharmacy to get some information but the person I ask tells me in a very annoyed manner that the child is small and he wouldn't have done it. Well I ask you to buy the swab and have the pediatrician do it. They tell me to come and get all the kit before closing. I'll come back after two hours and take everything back. It's a shame that when I arrived at the pediatrician it was missing a piece, I'm going back to the pharmacy.. all this with a sick child.. I'm sorry but I won't be back.. you already have so many customers...
Well-stocked pharmacy, along the s.s.42 in Casazza. Kindness and courtesy. Also home delivery of medicines in case of impossibility. Doctor Silvana Varinelli, her son Fabio and their collaborators are trained and sensitive pharmacists.
Top, top, my favorite pharmacy Silvana, Fabio, Chiara, Marinella and Paola are stratospheric. I love you.♥️
