Negative experience. The same product sold at a different price on the same day. I am told that it is not their fault but that of the warehouses from which they source their supplies. Zero seriousness!

excellent telephone booking service for medicines so as not to go to the store in person and not find the product available. The operator on the phone was very kind I congratulate the owners of the Santa Rita pharmacies for their particular attention to the education of their staff.

Everything was very organized but I gave one star because I had a pharmacist who only made me waste my time, so I preferred to go back to my trusted one. Oh well... It can happen

Let me start by saying that for work reasons I have carried out dozens and dozens of swabs everywhere, and I have NEVER had any problems. My wife and I and my 3 month old daughter showed up this morning for two quick swabs. In the previous 2 days we called continuously to book the swabs for this morning, but no response. This morning we found ourselves in a huge gathering that was very poorly managed (without a number or other order method) between booked and non-booked people. There were many more people who did not book and experienced the same inconvenience of not having received a response in the previous days. Shameful disorganization to say the least, if there had been at least one positive in that crowd, other than a swab!! Knowing what we are going through, you must be the first to prepare and organize yourselves to face such days.
