I ordered a medicine from Palermo, it had to stay in the fridge, it arrived in 1 and a half days still frozen and intact. Super professional especially Laura.

I wanted to buy Bepanthen Plus, because I didn't know what it was called in Italian, I was harshly told off by an unfriendly saleswoman that it was called Bepanthol. Afterwards she brought me a 100gr tube. I took the liberty of asking if there wasn't a smaller tube, and was met with a harsh "no". Wanted to make sure I was getting the right one for small wounds. I tried very hard to speak Italian, which wasn't really appreciated. In the end, no help and just reprimanded. I will avoid this pharmacy forever. There was no grace and no arrividerci at the end either. That's what I call Italian hospitality. This woman is completely unsuitable and unprofessional at her job.

One of the best pharmacies in Turin, kind, professional, smiling, they do their utmost in a thousand ways to solve the customer's problem. Never have I experienced such perfect treatment!

I purchased a product that I later discovered was deductible by reading the receipt and I was not asked for the tax code to take advantage of the deduction. ..I also later discover that I paid a different (higher) amount than the price indicated on the package of the product .
