I confirm the negative reputation that the pharmacy carries with it, from personal experience, and from the opinions of local elderly people, unfortunately forced to stock up here due to the lack of other shorter distance solutions.
I don't understand the point of these negative reviews. I have been stocking up at this pharmacy for years and the pharmacists are always kind and polite, furthermore, they are well stocked.
Upon presentation of a medical prescription, for a life-saving drug, the doctor also put the delivery in doubt after 3 days. Having found out that all the other pharmacies in the area would deliver the drug to me within 12 hours, I asked for the prescription to be returned. It took quite a while to get there. They wanted me to take the drug for a fee. A pharmacy in Ascea delivered the drug to me 6 hours later.
I called to find out if a drug was available, I was told in a hasty and superficial way that it was out of production (something to check since I bought it up until a month ago without any problems). Then he hung up on me and said there were people there. I spoke to a guy called at 7pm on July 14th. Incorrect, unprofessional and disqualifying behavior for a pharmacist. Please learn to relate to patients, don't just be a salesman blinded by profit.
He has difficulty even with simple over-the-counter medicines....to get simple ketoprofen you have to order it....well!
