The only pharmacy on duty for the entire municipality (obviously it's not the pharmacy's fault) with only one pharmacist who seemed listless and annoyed by the people who came in. I'm just saying that he told me to go to the emergency room (which obviously wasn't necessary) instead of trying to find a solution to the problem I had. I went to Sommacal in Ponte who was able to offer adequate assistance. I had never been there before and I certainly won't be back.
During the shift on 8/30/2023 they did not answer the bell or the calls to the designated telephone number... Reportable stuff!
